Grow to Health offers an exciting curriculum that includes educational health lessons and fun fitness activities. Each class session lasts 45 minutes and offers a full schedule of structured activities designed to boost your child's self esteem and teach them to lead a healthy lifestyle!

Family Consultations

At Grow to Health, we realize that our classroom program alone will not solve the problem of childhood obesity. We find that sometimes the problem stems from the home and behaviors that children see aroudn them.
